I am a senior at the University of Washington.  By August I will have two degrees; a B.A. in Communication and a B.M. in Vocal Performance!  I am interning at a social media marketing consulting firm, attending school full-time, working on a research project (recording Henry Fielding's ballad operas) funded by the College of Art & Sciences research award, preparing a senior voice recital, training for a marathon... and I love it!  Up next in my life:  Law school or opera singing in Paris, none can tell but the great master of Time. For now,  I am so excited to devote my energy toward making a difference in the health of Puget Sound.  Check out my website and Sound photography at http://www.cecile.tk, or follow me on Twitter to keep up with my performances.

I am a junior pursuing a double degree in Communication and Environmental Studies at the University of Washington.  As a Seattle native, I have had a long relationship with Puget Sound and its surroundings.  Undertaking this project is an exciting endeavor and will certainly contribute to our awareness of the area in which we live.  I hope this Sound Green blog will bring a new perspective to our community.

I'm a junior at the University of Washington currently pursuing a degree in Communication and Marketing. Growing up in Seattle, I've been lucky enough to see the Puget Sound and see lush green trees throughout the area. Traveling to other states and countries has made me realize that the Puget Sound is a unique location, and with The Sound Green Blog the issues that it faces can be addressed and discussed to preserve and continue to make the Puget Sound a great location.

I am wrapping up a bachelor of arts in Environmental Studies at the University of Washington.  I plan to acquire a research position after graduation; living on the coast is a requirement.  I have a long standing relationship with the ocean and have always been interested in environmental issues.  With a focus on the Puget Sound area, this project will help broaden my understanding of environmental issues through the study of communication.

I'm a junior at the University of Washington major in journalism and minor in environmental studies.  I'm an international student from Hong Kong and Seattle is the first US city I have lived in.  I believe a collective of little effort from individuals can actually save the environment in a great deal.  So I apart from Puget Sound issues, I will also be posting some ideas that can help community members to go green.
